AGNESHKO S PRESNI KARTOFI (LAMB W/YOUNG POTATOES) 
Ingredients

1 Pound Lamb -- Cubed
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Bunch Scallion -- Chopped
1 Tablespoon Flour
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
1 Can Tomato Paste
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Cup Hot Water
2 Pounds New Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Dill -- Snipped
2 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped 

Directions Saute lamb in oil until browned. Add scallions and saute for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Stir in tomato paste and paprika. Saute for 1 minute. Add water and simmer for 30 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with dill and parsley, serve over rice or pasta.
